Snooker API pagination

Pages or a cursor, and the totals in meta.

Lists return 50 rows a page by default and up to 200 with per_page. Two ways to move through them:

• page=2, page=3: meta then also gives total, total_pages, next_page and prev_page.
• cursor: pass meta.next_cursor from the last answer. Quicker on long lists, and steady while new rows arrive. It is null on the last page.
