This website is operated by DeveloperData.net ("Developer Data", "we"), Empire Tower, 41st Floor, Unit 4106-7, South Sathorn Road, Yannawa, Sathorn, Bangkok 10120, Thailand. These terms are governed by the law of Thailand, and the courts of Bangkok have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
1. Your account
One person or one business per account, with true details. You sign in with Google. Keep your API keys to yourself: you are responsible for everything done with them.
2. Plans and billing
- Paid plans are paid through Stripe and renew until you cancel.
- A price change is announced before it applies, and only from your next period.
- The refund rules are on /refunds.
- A purchase may be credited to the partner who referred you, through our partner program. It never changes the price you pay.
3. Fair use
- Your plan's limits are the fair-use line: its calls a day or a month, its pace a minute and its keys.
- Getting around them is not allowed: several free accounts for one person, sharing a key, rotating keys to reset a limit, or automating the site in place of the API.
- We may slow, pause or close an account that does this.
4. The data: use it, do not replicate it
- You can use what the API gives you in your own work, apps and sites, and show results to your own users.
- You may not resell, redistribute or republish the data itself, in bulk or through an API or feed of your own.
- You may not download it in bulk to rebuild the database, or use it to build a competing product. The bulk export on a paid plan is for your own use under these terms.
5. Acceptable use
Nothing unlawful. No probing or load-testing our systems without asking first. No attempts to reach another member's data. No scraping pages the API already offers.
6. Accuracy
The data is gathered with care and checked, and given as it is, without a warranty that it is complete or free of mistakes. Sports data is factual data: it is not financial or betting advice.
7. Availability
We aim to keep the API running and show its state on /status. No plan promises a set uptime.
8. Liability
Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect loss, lost profits or lost data.
9. Suspension and closing
- We can pause or close an account that breaks these terms; a serious breach can be acted on without notice.
- An account closed for a breach is not refunded.
- You can close your account any time (see /privacy, Deleting your account).
10. Changes to these terms
The new version is posted here with its date. A change that matters is emailed to members before it applies.
