Snooker API agent skill

The one file that teaches an agent the Snooker API.

The agent skill is one Markdown file with the calls, limits, errors and a workflow, written for an AI agent. Download skill.md and save it as ~/.claude/skills/snookerapi/SKILL.md, or upload it as a skill in Claude's settings. Agents also find it themselves at /.well-known/agent-skills/index.json.

The whole API in one file is the manual; llms.txt indexes both.
