Snooker API breaks

Century breaks and maximums.

GET /v1/centuries lists the century breaks in the events we hold, by event (highest first), player, season, stage or size with min_points. GET /v1/maximums lists every officially recognised 147, newest first, with the opponent and the match where we hold it.
