Billing questions

Before you choose

Straight answers about paying, changing and cancelling.

What happens when I reach my limit?

The call is answered with a clear error and the time your allowance resets. You are never charged for going over.

Can I change plan part way through?

Yes. Moving up starts at once and you pay the difference for the rest of the period. Moving down applies from your next period.

How does yearly billing work?

You pay ten months up front and get twelve. The allowance is the same each month, and it renews a year later unless you cancel.

How do I cancel?

From your account, in two clicks. Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, then drops to the free key.

Is live scoring frame by frame?

Scores land as each session is recorded, within minutes, and every result as soon as it is in. Ball-by-ball scoring is not offered on any plan.

Which currency and taxes?

Prices are in US dollars. Any tax that applies where you are is added at checkout.
